Home Alone

'The Gravediggers Christmas' always brings a tear to my eye.

Not only Home Alone 1 and 2, but perhaps even more East German version "Kevin allein zu Hause in DDR" which audaciously tackles alienation of high communist nomenclature in East Germany before fall of Berlin Wall.

I googled it, couldn't recall the name of the actor in this version which was made 1984. His name is George C. Scott, and a very good Scrooge in my opinion. There are many 'Scrooges' but I think I prefer Scott. Love this story.

Christmas Story.

Did you read the debate on the bbc website over Die hard being called a Christmas movie?

Anyway. the Muppets Christmas Carol is the best one.

Turns out there was and consensus was that it isn't/shouldn't be.

Santa and the ice cream bunny

None. If any day is worth it not to spend gaeping at a square box, Chrimbo is it.
