Water, lots of water. Your brain is dehydrated. Gatorade and fruit juice can't hurt. Stay away from coffee.

Vitamin B12 seems to help considerably. B vitamins contribute to good brain/nervous system function. A multivitamin would probably do the trick.

Steak and eggs. A T-Bone steak and three eggs over easy is my go to cure for a hangover. High protein meals are the way to go.

Better yet, drink a lot of water the night before and avoid the hangover... pint glass does it for me.

Don't drink in the first place... 😛

Some think that drinking lots of water before & after you drink is a big help in not having a hang over.

What about some lovely 'Welsh Rarebit' with lashings of Marmite on the toast.

"Vitamin B12 seems to help considerably"(posted by HOH) so it must be true.
