Five Types of RHP Members

1. Forum Abstainers: These healthy souls find intellectual and social fulfillment in the drama of their chess competition, in-game and personal messages.

2. Forum Readers Only: Many more citizens than we may realize systematically read public forum content without the least need to post or launch threads.

3. Forum Socially Needy: Large percent of the RHP Global Community experiences the daily need to connect, rub elbows with friends and derive warmth.

4. Forum Crusaders: Articulate coteries consistently undertake self appointed missions to aggressively promote their worthy causes and strong convictions.

5. Forum Malcontents: They come and they go but there are always a residual few who, out of general disappointment in life, seem to be itching for a fight.

...............................

Guess I was clearly an oblivious #1 from 7/07 until 12/07... when the RHP Forum Gospel light filled my soul and got me quite born again as a Type #3.

There are no value judgements or criticisms intended. Deep seated motives drive human behavior. So what type/types do you recognize in yourself?

6. forum dumbass: the purpose of a forum dumbass in life is to misunderstand, get hurt, whine about why dumbasses are always treated like the overgrown kids they are, and ignore reason. outside the web, they're that incredibly annoying neighbour who calls the cops every time you fire up a grill. their favourite music is phil collins, favourite food oat meal, and zodiac sign 'rotten corpse'.

#5, but not from a general disappointment in life. More of a general disappointment from a fluff RHP posting.
