Australia finally got colour TV in the 1970s, and the Countdown series gave us big chunks of overseas videos - very few international artists toured here then. Suzi Quatro, Pussycat, ABBA, Blondie, Beach Boys, Bee Gees, Little River Band, so many others I can't remember the names of. Most of them fairly basic, nothing like the overproduced stuff we see at the gym nowadays.
