We know that Chris and Russ do not have the time to work on changes and improvements to the RHP site continuously. It's impossible for them to even review and respond to every idea or suggestion posted in the various forums.
I have not discussed any of the following with them, and do not know if this idea would be acceptable to them or not, but.... Maybe it's time to create a forum committee.
The committee would consist of forum users who are interested in helping to organize this forum into a more useful and enjoyable place for ALL RHP members.
The membership should consist of people from all countries and age groups.
This group could discuss and establish guidelines for acceptable and unacceptable post content. They could review the forum format and collect ideas and suggestions for improvements.
Once they have organized some solid suggestions for guidelines and improvements, the committee director could discuss them with Chris and Russ.
If this idea is acceptable to the owners, it would surely help them in improving the site, it would give committee members a sense of accomplishment when their suggestions are implemented, and the entire membership would benefit from it.
If a Forum committee works out well, perhaps committee's could also be established for tournaments, site functions, site help, etc.

I probably should have stated in my original post that I'm not personally trying to start up a forum committee. I was just interested in making the suggestion for the general idea to see what sort of response it would bring.
I'm not the right person to try and organize something like this, but I'm sure there are several others here who are.
