To be perfectly honest YIM I have no idea what it is and I couldn't get to the website you mentioned....wait that's not entirely true I just couldn't get to the specific one you were referring to. Now having said that I do run freely when I do run. Does that count?

The only downside was the BBC YOOF presenters they drafted in to cover it. They had no idea what was going on and just stood around waffling like morons, trying to be entertaining.
