This SHOULD work.

Save each out as a text file (.txt)
Now, you should be able to just change it to a .pgn file.

You should also just be able to select all the text in a file and use Edit to paste the PGN text into Fritz.

If that doesn't work, I hope you get a better answer. I don't have Fritz....

You should be able to right click on the file and select RENAME and then rename the extension from .txt to .pgn. If you don't see the extensions of files (Windows default setting) then do this:

Open Windows Explorer and select:
TOOLS then
FOLDER OPTIONS then
VIEW then...

click off the box that says "Hide extensions of known file types".

Reboot and then you can see the extension and rename it.

This is the easiest solution...

Open your pgn file (in .txt format) with notepad.

Click file, save as.

On the Save As screen that pops up, change the "Save as Type" parameter to "All files". In the File Name box, type in the name of the file.pgn, ie: "mygames.pgn" without the quotes.

That should do it.
