this is one of those songs and/or artists that has bad memories for me. I was working a in a warehouse in Dallas soon after arriving here, with a bunch of strung out speed freaks, and Right Down the Line was played constantly. To this day I can't hear the guitar lines from that song without a shudder....

I remember being one of a large drunken choir singing Baker Street at the end of the night in a local rock club. Happy days of my youth 🙂

That Sax on Baker Street made the song for me. Steeler's Wheel's song was way ahead of it's time IMO.

One of the sounds that molded 70's music... big loss.
