I find the grin at the end of the opening post quite disconcerting, and the assumption in the title to be bastardisation of the facts.
I persume that if you're some poor wee Scotts kid that keeps getting the crap kicked out of you, the fact that the UN counts it as "just Statistically more likely", will be scant solace.
