If god is real he doesnt need support of you to prove his existance. and if he is not then there is no point in proving something which doesnt exist.

Atheism is not a philosophy. There is absolutely nothing to champion. Atheism is simply a lack of belief in theism. Therefore, the burden of proof can never rest upon the atheist. The burden of proof will always rest solely upon the theist, who is making the claim that there IS a god. It, therefore, is incumbent upon the theist to demonstrate the truth of his claim. If he cannot do so then his claim must be assumed to be false.

You are correct that lack of evidence does not prove the non-existence of god. The atheist does not claim to be able to prove such non-existence, nor does he need to. It is up to the theist to demonstrate the truth of his claim. At no time is it up to the atheist to prove the theist's claim is false. As I said, the burden of proof will always rest solely upon the theist.

You seem to be laboring under the grave misconception that there are two claims in play here, with the theist claiming there is a god on the one hand, and the atheist claiming there is no god on the other. This is completely and utterly false. There is only ONE claim at any time, and that is the theist's claim that there is a god. The atheist is making no claim of his own. He is merely asking the theist to demonstrate the truth of his claim that god exists. If he cannot do so, then the theist's claim cannot be believed, which is to say that it will be assumed to be false.

Chuck Norris got pissed off that people believed there was someone mightier than him.

That is why God doesn't exist, because Chuck Norris kicked his a$$.

if we say that there are 100000 million stars in the galaxy, and there are 100000 million galaxies in the universe, then what are the odds that there would be at least one planet with the correct conditions to support life? you do the maths because 1) i cant be bothered, 2) im no good at maths, and 3) im only making a point, which you should be able to get without doing maths

Well said.

Consider that there was no life. Then we would not be able to make a statement about the conditions are wrong because we don't exist. Your statement about the conditions must be true otherwise you could not make it. Another example would be "I have been born" there is no alternative. It would be impossible for anyone to say they were not born as it is required in order to make the statement. It’s a pathetic argument that only works because people don't see or understand the obvious.
