Beatles - hard to say, perhaps consider Abbey Rd as an alternative. Dylan - Highway 61 Revisited
Bowie - Ziggy Stardust is good, but maybe go for 'Heroes', Low, Station to Station or Scary Monsters...
Mogwai's new album Mr Beast is great, and so is their older stuff like Young Team and Come oN Die Young
Genius,
From your list I would suggest the Dead Kennedy's one - a great album with no bad songs on it, unlike some of their other albums.
Jimi Hendrix - if you haven't got this one, why not? I never listen to it nowadays, but it got played a lot when I first bought it.
David Bowie - ditto this one. These days I prefer Scary Monsters or Hunky Dory.
