My only exciting comment is: if your leaving, do it. You shouldn't care whether people know it or not. I for one would just walk away and not give anyone the satisfaction of thinking they were able to drive me off. Red is so outspoken(often wrong) it is not in him to leave. Opinionated people my continue to spout their opinions. It would have no meaning some other place.
