Where is our center?

To what do we owe our bliss?

Why do we bother to push these little buttons moving symbolic icons around a miniscule limited plane, only to find deeper joys?

Why do some revel in questions and comments posed by GB and other revile his stream of conscious mutterings?

Well, then, this is a thread dedicated to Grampy Bobby, for being a mentor and leader, and a values guru, and a kind and gentle spirit.

Who has not been entertained?

Heaps of praise from this modest admirer!

Yeah, GB is a fine fellow with a modest posting addiction 🙂. The General Forums are better off with Gramps here. Some find him not to their taste and that is ok too. Some of his threads are up in the 100's of posts, so somebody's reading them.

I myself have to take some credit for Gramp's new bearable posting...
1. I have tried to limit him to a maximum of 2 adjectives per noun.
2. Posts are to be kept to 400 character maximum.
3. 18th and 19th century quotes are forbidden.
4. limited amount of thread starts per month.
5. No more asking questions on how the internet works or what LOL etc. means(his ignorance was unbecoming)
6. His own senile thoughts are to be posted in his own 'dear diary' thread.

Reading Grumpys posts are like looking at a bloody car smash up. Not admiration, just a morbid fixation.

With respect to the honourable Grampy bobby's postings, I find myself in a constant battle when reading them.

Most folks on here don't like his posts because they don't understand them. They know they are being made fun of but they don't know in what way....which is usually his point!

Uzless, not even close and no cigar. All along I've given you credit for so much

more. Rethink your posture and stop letting your raw feelings run your mind.

Think it through my friend. There is an alternate meaning to the phraseology

Edit: keep in mind this is a GB homage thread.....

classic case of returning to the general forum immediately after thrashing another DSR post in the Debates forum.

What is DSR? Just speak plainly. No need to hide...
