Ok, I don't know what it is, but green apples destroy my teeth and/or gums. I'm trying to eat one right now, but it's making my teeth (Gums maybe?) hurt like a mother. Does this happen to anyone else? It's very inconvenient. 🙁
Also, I learned this many years ago... if you have a tooth that you can wiggle a little, you need to pour salt on your toothbrush and brush with it twice a day for 3 days straight. The salt will get rid of the infection and cause the gums to draw down on the tooth. I gave this information to a freind who was told by his Dentist that a certain tooth had to come out over 20 years ago - he still has it today! 🙂
Originally posted by arrakisWow, good advice. Hm, my gums have bled a couple times when I brushed. But more because I brushed like a maniac at one spot and cut my gums a tad bit. Not because of plaque build up, but I should probably brush my teeth better anyhow - I tend to focus on the front teeth more, because that's what people see. 😀

And then you'll see that your accusations about green apples are a generalisation!
Your problem is acidity. Go to your dentist and he'll be able to advise you.
