My first gripe was ignored, but I think it should be taken seriously. If a player states that he be an "all day" player or other and without notifying his opponent to the contrary, he must make at least three moves in a day, or be penalized by losing points or other. Something must be done by his misrepresentation of "move times" ðŸ˜

Make a note of that player and do not play again. Some players do not always keep the same move frequency due to life's ever changing cirumstances.

Originally posted by MrHandPlus they may move fast in some games and slowly in others. And "move frequency" can be understood in different ways - it could refer to the move frequency in a single game or the move frequency in all your games. If someone who has lots of games going reads it as being the latter, "several moves per day" could mean one move every few days in a single game. So the wording should probably be clearer, but on the other hand it doesn't really mean much anyway due to the reasons mentioned above.

Originally posted by Cobra46So you think everybody should be forced to play every game, and every day, at the same pace? And then you'd probably still complain because your opponent might be ready to move while you are asleep and vice versa.
Being a subscriber isn't all that an important issue. This site is home to non-subscribers as well and we too have rights and gripes.
I mentioned points penalties as an example - did you notice that there was "or other" mentioned?

Originally posted by Cobra46Does that mean that an all day mover with 300+ games has to move 900 times per day?

What about players in different time zones? Maybe I am ready to make my three moves per day but my opponent has decided that as its 11pm at night where he is, to go to bed - how bluddy inconsiderate of him.

That is what the site says when we set up our profiles. It does not obligate anyone to make minimum numbers of moves, it is simply to give an indication in broad terms of possible playing speed.
Your "gripe" would seem to have no validity on this occasion. You cannot make demands on other players to accomodate your own preferences. I suggest you read the rules of the site more thoroughly.
