England recorded its hottest day EVER a few days ago.
20 of the hottest summers in UK have been in last 22 years.
NZ having VERY mild winter and hottest June day EVER.

Jan 22, 2019 - Glaciers are melting, sea levels are rising, cloud forests are dying, and wildlife is scrambling to keep pace.
Our Politicians should have been working on this for years, are starting now, lets hope it is not to late for our children and grand children and great grand children. Most of us will not be around to see this world in 30, 40, or 50 years from now.

Old air conditioners will leak freon or puron and it definitely hurts the ozone layer.

Their are no sensors to say the unit is leaking.
One day it doesn't work as well and then it is repaired and the coolant is replaced or the whole unit is replaced.
Invent a sensor to detect a leak so the unit shuts off and a technician can be called and you could be rich.
I'll need only 10% of your profits 😉

Agreed, it would be a great invention! I am sure someone will come up with it.
The air-conditioners of today are much better than what we had 30 years ago.
In another 30 years if we haven't destroyed the world they will come up with something even better, maybe something such as you described.
