Video of a mentally ill Halifax man's final moments of life has been
played at a public inquiry into his death. Howard Hyde died in 2007 in

Is that the one where he's on the operating table and the nurse keeps pushing hte parts togeather? Surelly he died after the shock that had kept him alive died out?
