I my small community in Northeastern Ontario, the biggest problem are the teens (I admit I am one myself). Each year, a lot of buildings get egged, kids get attacked and their candy stolen. I have never heard about any problems with the candy.
Just recently, some kids went into a cemetary and knocked over 32 tombstones. They can't be replaced ...[text shortened]... eather, it is usually -10°C at night and there has been a snowfall 4 times in the last 5 years.
WHAAA? Northeastern Ontario only has that small amount of snow? We have had more snow in October and November than you guys have had lately.
