Great. Do you have a garden house I can rent for the rest of my life?

Then you can rent the place to my plants. My precious Ferocacti would prefer not to be taken to Normway, I guess.

Something like this? http://www.katja.klee24.de/BodoVaar2003-12.jpg
I rented this mountain cabin for a few years, it was my second home (it was only a 40 minutes walk or so from my flat), but then it was sold. I miss it. :'( It doesn't look like it did anymore, the owners have built a huge terrace and have probably made some other major changes by now (I haven't been there lately, it's too sad).

That is exactly what I am looking for.
How well does one survive the winter in one of those?

I haven't been there that much during winter. At times you would need ski or snowshoes to get there. If it gets very cold (it rarely does) and windy (it does most of the time), it would probably be difficult to keep it warm. Water would be a problem because the well would freeze at times (it can also be a problem in summer, because it sometimes dries up). And using the outside toilet isn't much fun either when it's cold and dark. It would probably be possible to live there, but these huts aren't really made for that (it's actually not legal to live there all the time either, but some people do it anyway - you would just need some other address as your official permanent residence).

Hope its a 'dry heat'. Been about 100F here and hazy... sweat follows you around like a fog.
