I started using it yesterday, just playing around mostly. It really doesn't seem too special. It's definitely not going to take over my email or instant messaging.

It will, but it will take time for the ludites to come round and also for the attitude to instant communication through the internet to change. It's early days at present and until the word spreads and people become comfortable with the idea it will move slowly.
