@Drewnogal saidAaaaaah, okay, now that is totally understandable.
I acquired a Welsh surname through marriage but it’s always been the Polish part that’s caused me problems.
@Drewnogal saidYou don't have free public transport? People in Ireland over 65 can travel all over the island for free. Think it's still 65 anyway.
Green tea is for when you’ve consumed an 800ml pot of coffee for breakfast then meeting a mate for a coffee by 11 🙂. Recall there’s a Nero in a nearby posh village and more in the city. I obviously need to venture into the city more often but I’m a skint pensioner recently.
Tbh I’ve cut my morning coffee down to 400mls, thanks to this thread, and drinking lots of hot water through the day as have a flu-ish virus this week which has helped lots.
800ml is a lot, how strong do you take it? I don't add extra water to mine so half a cup is probably the equivalent to 4/5 espressos... Just have a triple when I'm out but one a day is enough.
@A-Unique-Nickname saidI’ve got a bus pass but a trip to the centre inevitably leads to a day of extra costs. I last went the summer of 2023 for a meal at a Marco Pierre White restaurant. My coffee is not as strong as yours I’m sure. It’s Aldi’s ground espresso and I only use 2 tablespoons for a full pot.
