First I would be more interested in American laws as opposed to someone of another country if you are an American. Brittish laws are not always the same. Secondly, you might want to consult with a doctor about the health risks rather than the police about paraphernalia. But the police can make your life difficult with certain paraphernalia. Governments do kill you know. They would probably be happy to give you cancer sticks.

and as to the health risks, they don't bother me.
