hookahs

I'm a new smoker, and I only smoke hookahs.
I don't know if anyone else out there smokes them, but my question is more directed towards anyone on this site in law enforcement. I only use them for sheesha (flavored tobacco) which is obviously legal for anyone here in the US over 18 (which I am). So, back to the question: A friend told me that a police officer can get you for possession of paraphernelia (spelling?) to marijuana. Is this true? even with zero marijuana on my person a cop can take my hookah?

hookahs have all the pleasure benefits of smoking with barely any health risks.

i am smoking tobacco, but the way a hookah works, it filters out all the nasty carcinogens. the tobacco does not burn as in say a cigarrette, but it is rather heated so that you are smoking hot vapors from the tobacco. and it is a good way to relax. same reason most people smoke is to relax.

er.... smoke inhalation always has health risks. yes a hookah makes it a bit cleaner and not as dangerous, but you will still get plenty of carcenogens and tar in your lungs, and there is also an illness you can get from all the water vapour which can collect in your lungs if you do it too much.

I just thought someone should tell you.
