How accurate is RHP rating?

so if i lose i lose less points but if i win i gain more points???? how does this work in theory if I am a 1800 player and I beat a 1200 player both of our ratings should only fluctuate 1-2 points...is this correct because I am expected to beat them. but if i lose, the fluctuation can be astronomical????more than 32 points???? wow how true is this

does anyone really know how accurate the system is I keep hearing different things from different players I am not talking about if you are horrible and you need something to blame it on so you blame the faulty rating system I mean someone who can truly be objective.

In my opinion, all rating systems are different. therefore your rating will vary from system to system...so who is to say what system is correct? For all I know all systems are wrong...
