I think it's only because he's so contrary and wayward. Not a follower. Doesn't play by the rules. No one can tell him what to do, and I bet reverse psychology wouldn't even work. And good for him! 😉

I dont know about reverse psychology but I do know that if brains were dynamite Rusty wouldnt have enough to blow his wig off.
