I have to share this with someone not to explode of anger.
So ,I came to my University as any other day nothing special. I parked my recently bought bike in front of it, with lock of course. I practiced my instrument in one of classroms. Somwhere between 6 and 7 P. M. arrived some kids (I think they have physical education in our gym), they are highschoolers I think (18 years old maybe a little more) They entered into the building, being very loud and rude, I heard it from my classrom, they almost ruined coffee automat etc. I do not know where all of employes were (I mean housekeepers), since it was late an no professor was in building.
After that they went out (it was night already) and then they saw me through the window while I was playing my instrument. They started to scream insulting me, trying to make fun of me. I ignored them, because it is often the easiest and fastest way to avoid this type of provocation.
They eventually went somwhere. Suddenly I remembered that my bycicle was left out, in front of the university and I ran to see if it is still there. It was. I was on guard for about 10 minutes with my friend and then I returned to the building. I went in room with computers to make move on RHP and after that I checked the bike just in case. An it was set in totally different direction, somebody tried to steal it and damaged it in the process.
Due to recent competitions in Russia, Germany, SAD, I spent all of my saved money and this bike was neccesary for me because I am living long way from University and I do not have a car so I bought it with my last resorts. So I am asking you, who has the right to do such things, to be so arrogant to take something you are still paying with the many you achieved very hard?!
I was shaking out of anger and in that moment all I wanted to find that person and do some very nasty to him. But it is not in my nature so I tried to think of more subtle approaches to the solution of the problem when I calmed down.
It is not only about stealing, aren't we even safe in the school anymore.?
What is your advice? Maybe I should alert the university authorities? Because a lot of students store their expensive and hardly bought music instuments there, and I don't want that some imbecilles shout at me from the window.
If my supspects are right, they are highschool students of Ph. education so they will return next wensday, so should I do something?

Tell the university authorities. They might have caught them on security camera, but won't know to check the tape unless you tell them. They're probably had complaints about them in the past and know who they are. If they cannot behave properly they shouldn't be in your area so hopefully they'll be barred. If you catch them at it again, bite their teeth out.
