Smoked salmon pizza. That's just so wrong in so many ways, mate! Smoked salmon belongs on bagels with cream cheese. Word.

Salmon shouldn't be smoked in the first place. Word.

What if I don't inhale? Question. 😉

I know it sounds weird, but I had a freshly-baked smoked salmon and goat cheese pizza in Boston once. It was truly incredible. I think it had spinach, garlic olive oil and some other stuff on it as well.

That said, I am very much a purist when it comes to pizza (and most Italian food). Can't say that I consider what I had a "pizza", but it sure was delicious.

Side Note: Chicken does not belong on pizza. [/pizzachickendicussion]

[pizzachickendiscussion]Chicken wings and blue cheese dressing and celery don't go with pizza either. 😛 [/pizzachickendicussion]

Word.

Neither does a whole mess of Oreos.

Side Note: We've started making our own pizzas, since you can't find decent pizza where we live. They're actually very good.

What about corn? Because corn sucks on a Pizza, but in Ireland at least, it is considered a reasonable topping. Then again, in America, pineapple is considered a reasonable topping. Who puts fruit on a pizza?

I like corn. Why isn't it used elsewhere then? Sounds good...
But fruit on a pizza... what about tomato?
skin, seeds=fruit? it's a slippery slope.

A pizza with a slippery slope? I guess that would work best with a deep dish pizza, otherwise it might get messy...

Most pizzerias in Germany used to offer (and probably still offer, but I haven't been in a German pizzeria for a long time) pizza with pineapple and ham, called "Pizza Hawaii". Yuck. But my sister loved it.

I've heard it called Hawaiian pizza too, and I think it sounds nasty. Good pizza: black olives, sausage, maybe mushrooms. 😀

Take away the black olives and sausage, and it sounds fine! 😀
