To experience this Christmas by its true meaning and give your
loved ones just a hug and words of love, not presents. If you really
must give something, then give a card made with your own hands,
not bought.
Take notes about their reactions and report back.
That is all. Good night.

Excellent idea, Sir Seitse. Couldn't agree more. As the phrase goes...[hidden]Been there and been doing that since Christmas, 2007, with my dear friends and loved ones right here on Ye Olde RHP General Forum... and I still regard every day as Christmas. Sleep well.[/hidden]

My ex and I are bringing ours to Disney in January. That means just a few small items to indicate their BIG present.
For the most part, I could ace this challenge with the adults I know already.

I know some people that don't give or accept presents at Christmas. Instead they just donate £200 to charity. I like this sentiment and would try it myself but for the concern of being called a Bah Humbug...
I think the true meaning of christmas and gifts go hand in hand. After all the 3 wisemen came bearing gifts.
