I used to hustle at pool a bit as a sideline when I was playing a pretty high level of darts in the North London leagues in the late 1980s. There was strictly no money/bets involved in the darts.
He said anyone can do it if you're willing to practice 10 hours a day.

-Removed-I think you'll find the real billiards is played on the continent - the name is Frog, after all - and mainly, these days, in the Netherlands and Belgium. Note that even that video found it necessary to specify that version as "English" Billiards, not just billiards.
Both snooker and driebanden are quite superior to English billiards - and to pool!
