So what are you talking about then?
No one seems to put much meaning on anything these days, they just seem to be happy for no reason, I don't get it. At least when a depressed person is happy they mean it, and I like that, it's honest.
Same with things that don't make them happy, they're honest with their response.
Does that make any sense?

So in other words, in the absence of anything to make you happy, you should be sad?

I think that's a big part of your problem.

I'm a happy person. Are you saying that I'm happy for no reason and that I'm being disingenuous? Are you implying that I (and all other happy people, as few as they are) am a dishonest phony?

That is actually the case for me, certainly.

Girls that can find deep meaning from the most trivial things are really hot, especially when they are a little depressed.
Always happy girls are a bit of a turn off I think, why are they so happy?! πŸ˜•
Yeah, I like men like this, too. Actually, a duality is what I like. Melancholy/bliss. The balance is attractive in a person if it is the right combination and the chemistry works.

Happy people: I don't trust them. πŸ™‚

Good point, I guess I'm not saying that.
I'm just suggesting that happiness means more when you have sadness to compare it to, kinda like good/evil thing.

I'm not explaining myself well. πŸ™

Like what? I still don't understand what he means by "finding deep meaning from the most trivial things."
