Weight Watchers, as far as I remember, base their recipes on food balance. Following their advice and recommendations you will never go hungry and still lose weight.

Cut out the carbs and sugars. Eat more meat and veg.

Eat cardboard. As much as you want. Lots of ballast, no calories. Hold the mayo.

What's that in kg? Joking aside, I'm trying to eat less and intermittent fast, 12 hours between last meal and breakfast. Ish. 4 years ago I was 74kg, now 88kg. Not good. Better than the 65kg in my 20s though
