@Great-Big-Stees saidBest advice I heard was: get up from the couch every commercial break, walk to the fridge, don't open it, then walk back to the couch.
Eat only celery. I read, a long time ago, that you use more calories eating it than it delivers.π€π
-Removed-That sounds amazing, I’m really pleased for you. Sadly a lot of people easily accept that their health will deteriorate in a similar way to that of their parents but you can in fact initially reverse your ageing process then slow it down if you treat your body with the same care and respect that you would a treasured car. The cravings for sweet and starchy foods make you realise how addictive it really is and as you master replacing it with real food full of nutrients you feel incredible, as well as become more aware of how your body adversely reacts to junk foods.
@A-Unique-Nickname saidYou’re at a good age to start doing something about it and it’s never too late π
Can't π―
@A-Unique-Nickname saidI don't want to do any exercise either, just eat a lot and lose weight.

At work people bring in scads of confections this time of year.
The women are all getting a bit bloated-looking, like they're retaining water.
I tell them to just get off their fat asses, but they look at me like I was the devil.
Our work running those sorting machines keeps you running, but here they are loading up on carbs and getting slower by the day when this is our busiest season at work.
Grrrrrr...
@MartinS saidAlso a great natural floss π
Eat celery
"Celery is a negative calorie food, which means that it takes more calories to digest than it contains. It's also a great source of fiber and water, both of which help promote weight loss."
