Put a game in the open invites, rated 1200 ish, asking to play someone 2000> with 1-day timeout and no timebank... would they POSSIBLY, CONCIEVABLY trying to massivly boost rating by timing out?? is this allowed? i guess if someone rated 2000 ever accepts it it is their fault, so may be allowed. but.. seems a bit.. desperate
