... do me a favor:
do not travel by plane with your little monsters, unless they can behave
Travel by car, by bus, by boat, or do not travel at all until the little monster grows
up to be a so so civilized and well behaved human being.
I pay for a ticket in exchange for a comfortable, hassle-free transport. Hence:
1. I do not have to listen to the little monster crying all the time.
2. I do not have to listen to the little monster pushing all the buttons.
3. I do not have to listen to the little monster farting.
4. I do not have to see the little monster making a mess out of his meal.
5. I do not have to smell the little monster's diaper.
6. I do not have to suffer the little monster staring at me.
7. No, I won't let the little monster play with my PSP, because I am under no
obligation to be kind to the little monster.
Understood?
Thanks and have a nice day.

So many haters.
Anyone who says children should be seen and not heard is a twit. Should parents do their best to teach their kids to behave well? Yes. But sometimes and often when in odd or exciting situations, kids just play up, it's their nature. And don't pretend a single one of you ever acted differently.

This thread needs some Bill Hicks right about now:
Very tired right and I feel this tapping on my head. And I look up and there's this little kid - loose! on the ******* plane, he's just loose. It's his playground in the sky. And he has decided that his job is to repetitively tap me on the top of the head.
I look across the aisle at his mom. She's just smiling, you know.
Guy next to the mom goes, "They're so cute when they're that small."
Isn't that amazing, letting your kid run loose on a ******* plane. And then the kid runs over to the emergency exit and he starts flipping that handle to the door. And the guy next to the mom starts to get up, and I go, "Wait a minute... we're about to learn an important lesson right here."
Kwoooshh.
Why you're right, the smaller he gets, the cuter he is!
God, I wish I had a camera right now.
With a telescopic lens.
Like to get a picture of his face when his pudgy little legs hit that farmhouse down there.
Aah, aah, kids. Ha ha.
Stewardess, since we got a breeze in here can we smoke now? Fairly well circulated at this point.

Kids can (and even must I would say) be playful and noisy.
Just not in the airplane in the seat next to mine. Or the front or back row from mine.

"I see no hope for the future of our people if they are dependent on frivolous youth of today, for certainly all youth are reckless beyond words... When I was young, we were taught to be discreet and respectful of elders, but the present youth are exceedingly wise [disrespectful] and impatient of restraint"
