Well spotted! I'm not trying to hide anything.
I have missed this site a lot in the last two years, I am not back to overturn my initial ban, I accept that and understand that it was caused due to my own misunderstanding over the use of Winboard as a tool.
This time I am just here for fun clan play and I am pleased to see that the place seems to be a lot happier than it was when I left two years ago. I bear the Game Mods or site Admins no grudge and expect my games to be closely scrutinised, but I've paid my subs and intend to abide by the TOS to the letter this time.

Apparently its OK because the user in question has said they won't cheat this time.

It will create an unnecessary precedent and mean that other banned users should also be given the ability to rejoin.
It undermines the work done by the gamemods.
