@earl-of-trumps saidIs International Women's Day a holiday in the US?
It's not a big deal in the US because we already have Mothers Day in May.
The United States might acknowledge International Women's Day, March 8, but it does not celebrate it as other countries do. One such country is Russia, were people celebrate their female loved ones with gifts and thank-yous.

@earl-of-trumps saidActually, the US has Valentines Day that acts like a women's day. I mean, the women don't really reciprocate here.

So we have Valentines Day, Mother's Day, Secretary's Day. I know, I know, not enough lol
@earl-of-trumps saidValentines Day is more for lovers, and long time lovers still in love. Mothers day again is just for Mothers married or single.

International women's day is entirely different, no way to compare them.

@very-rusty saidEvery day is Men's Day.
I believe we should have international men's day as well, after all everyone should be equal correct?

Why is this your reaction every single Women's Day?
Again, aren't you getting enough attention?
When women are finally paid the same and have the same opportunities, maybe you won't have to be inconvenienced by hearing it once a year.
