Well, my main concern is that they will breakup at high velocity when fired from the howitzer. This is primary reason I like the flaming baby trebuchet approach... lower velocity and higher shock factor.

After the first B-52 dumps several hundred screaming incendiary and high explosive baby bombs onto Syria, for example, they will lose all will to fight. If you run out of babies, enemy civilians will make fine bombs as well. Imagine the hororr... it makes my nipples hard.
