well, I got his email-address from Fédération québécoise des échecs, emailed him, and he got back to me within hours. I have no reason to think it wasn't him.
anyone could do the same, and ask him if I really emailed him. and then someone else could ask him if that person had really emailed him asking about me. and then someone else etc. etc. until everyone at rhp would've contacted him. 🙂 not very practical, though...

I back the team at RHP. I know it's often hard for 'admirers' to accept that they've been duped, but I know true science doesn't lie - and that is what our team at RHP is using.
Personally, I expect a lot of other cheaters to bite the dust soon. 😲

i mean really, what's the value of a few (or alot) of points on a chess website? to a few 'tards it means something, but i'm guessing to most it's just fun to play and make ifriends.
Word to ya motha.
From what i've observed, there aren't many world class players on this site, but most who play here enjoy the game and the social aspect of ichess. The rating part is mildly interesting, but in the overall scheme of things for me it has the lowest priority. What is most important is the variety of characters who participate in both the chess and the forums.
Time for a Sam Adams BL.

I wont be biting dust anytime soon.
not for cheating anyway 😉

Perhaps a self-rating system might work based on the current USCF and FIDE parameters.
Eventually you would find out which players you enjoy playing against and eliminate the rest.
Originally posted by Phlabibityea, I know. there really isn't any way for me to prove it beyond my word. but it doesn't really matter either, as the fake jean hebert was exposed already. I just thought posting real hebert's response would put an end to all the "what if he really was jean hebert, and all strong players mistakenly get booted for engine use" -guessing...
