As far as Relentless Red is concerned, he is going through an identity crisis and maybe he is confused. 🤔
No. I disagree. I just think he's adjusting to the internet and he's admitted as much. I think he's probably had a long and rewarding career in his field.

This might make a good film.

Films are an excellent way of exploring issues and grinding axes.

A film can still be excellent and provocative even if one doesn't approve of what its characters say and what its script has them do.
Of course...
And the people who watch it and believe it because it affected them will get nowhere because they fail to see the common denominator problem.

That is...

Themselves.

But hey...blaming whitey is a good excuse 🙄

Who?

...said the entire world...

I looked him up.
That sort of storyline gets nowhere and does not help anything or anyone.

With the airing of this dreary hobby horse, you seem to have reached your limitations as a conversationalist.

Maybe...

But I'm good looking so I have that... 🤔

And I'm right about current political "fashions and bandwagons"...

Looking forward to seeing it when it comes out on Amazon Prime. JP is such a great actor, couldn’t take my eyes off him in Gladiator.

Here is is talking about playing The Joker on the Jimmy Kimmel show.

Has anyone here ever seen a dog with that Joker like smile? 😂

I don't see Relentless Red/petewxyz as being self-loathing. Not at all.

I see him, instead, as a bit pretentious, and rather too proud and too insecure which results in him continuing to dig holes he is in and also playing the victim card.

When he made a fool of himself earlier this year on the SF on the topic of atheism, instead of saying ouch, my bad, he started a whole ...[text shortened]... s" mean that Joker presents merely with a chance for you virtue signal and cite your own expertise?"
Wow, you do bear a grudge for a long time. Now off you go to SF for more Sealioning. 😁

I particularly didn't like Joker because I saw somebody with a mental illness distressed by it's depiction of a psychiatric ward so perhaps that is personal.

In general though I do think film makers cash in on popular misconceptions about mental health/illness and I do think that sets back health education. I've even encountered professionals working in education who need support understanding that a psychosis label doesn't mean they have to treat their student as potentially violent.

You seem to struggle with the idea I might hold a different opinion to you about a genre of movies.

FMF is just sore because I commented on the lack of ethics shown by his sealioning. His comments barely relate to this thread. I suspect he can't figure out why that makes Cheesemaster see him as a potential ally.

So you think exactly the same as FMF it would seem. That would be the independent thinking and the anti-cliques that you speak of then?! 🤔

I think that says all I need to say. The last word can be all yours.
