1) I believe that you knew me (not friends) a few years ago. But “few” I’m thinking 4 or 5.
2) I’ve noticed a few butchery references in your posting since you caught my eye.
3) A “Gambrel” is a butchers hook for handing meat.
4) A member here a from “a few years ago” was friendly(ish) with me around that time who was also a butcher.
