Some TV shows have changed characters, actors that play certain key characters, even show formats have changed.
Bewitched, they changed Darrens. Lassie changed owners at least 4 times, changed format big time once. Changed characters often. They even replaced the actress that played Ruth Martin. The Waltons series has 2 different John Boys.
Friends may come and go, some might stay, families may grow or diminish, living conditions might change. But we're still on the air.

All written by Alistair MacLean.
@torunn saidThere were many Actors in the Bond Movies who were already big names!
Favorite Bond is Daniel Craig.

@torunn saidDaniel Craig is a remarkably suitable James Bond (and quite good-looking as well). When I heard there was going to be a blonde James Bond, I thought, "well, we'll see", but I was pleasantly surprised. The first time we saw him in action was the chase scene in the beginning of Casino Royale (2006), and I was duly impressed.
Favorite Bond is Daniel Craig.
I liked Pierce Brosnan for one reason only. He's the closest we've seen on screen to the description of Bond in the books by Ian Fleming. I know he seemed quite smarmy on-screen, but I guess one can't have everything. But he did look damned good in a tux.
-Removed-I'll have to agree. After they ran out of Fleming's material, the quality took a noticable dip. As horrible as some of the screenplays were, the source material always made up for it. After GoldenEye (1995), the stories were never as good.
But Bond is always a good cinema time. More popcorn, please.
