D&B? Drum & Bass? That's still going? I used to go clubbing to that stuff 10 years back!

Yep, still going strong Tommy, I prefer the old skool myself 91-93 times 🙂
That was before my time, I was still at (literal) school then. I discovered D&B at university - went to a club I knew nothing about and BAM! I didn't stop dancing for about 4 hours. It dominated my night life for several years after that I guess. Clubbing-wise (raving-wise!) I wasn't really into Old Skool; my favourite was the dark Amen rolling stuff. At home I was more into Bukem, Omni Trio, that kind of thing.

Is Old Skool still going, massive all-night raves and all?!

I prefered jungle at that time, then was into DnB for a long time, these last few years though, I've seen the light, the 91-93 era was where all the top tuna was coming out. That's what I'm mainly downloading these days. As for raves, yes! Still going strong, wher ...[text shortened]... ands in their 20s and 30s that cant stand this decades music and will keep the raving going.
Cool, that's good to know. I guess as my brain and body have slowed down so have my music tastes - if I go clubbing now (rarely) it'd be to . . . prepare yourself . . . deep house!

[b] As for raves, yes! Still going strong, where I was living until recently in Wycombe there are still big illegal raves organised in the surrounding hills, tunnels, warehouses etc, same as it used to be..
The secrets out now about that and that is defiantly the end of it. Why, why, why?:'(

Enjoy your virus! I wouldn't touch random files on a site if i were you, thank God I'm not though 😛
It is a wav file, therefore it is a raw binary sound file. You wouldn't have danger of getting infected by viruses from that.

Although Cool Joe should convert it to mp3 to make it considerably smaller. Might get more downloads. 😉

Yeah, because the Police Force regularly scour chess fora for news of illegal raves!

It starts off on a good note, but then gets slightly monotonous. Could do with a bit more flava. Couple of middle eights perhaps or a bit of a change of chord progression.
One thing perplexes me though. Why is the file so big?

That would be the hard drive munching virus you just downloaded with the music file.

Amazing, you caught on to the fact he had it in for you immediately.
But you were hip to his tricks and refused to surrender.
