In jail 23 years for a murder he did not commit even though the real killer was caught and behind bars.

What a travesty of justice. But that's how it goes in the US, you be black, you be back--in jail that is if you aren't summarily executed by the cops.

    Murica, hell yeah

First abducted, then enslaved, then made less than dogs, then they were
buried in crack cocaine by the CIA in order to finance the Nicaraguan
Contras, and now they're incarcerated and beaten by cops.

And who profits from all of this? Corporations, of course, who keep
payrolling their puppet politicians with whom, also, they have a revolving
    door.

    It's time for a revolution.

But, first... some chess moves. BRB.

Do you realize how many people would have to be involved in order for your tin-foil hat conspiracy theory to be true?
    Any idea at all?
You're indicting every single police officer who ever wore a badge.
    All the booking agents.
    All the detectives.
    All the bail bondsmen.
All the lawyers, all the judges, all the bailiffs, all the prison guards, all the warrens, all the reporters, all the editors, all the newspaper boys and girls...
    Where does your conspiracy end???

The US Supreme Court has ruled in favour of a black death-row inmate, finding that state prosecutors in Georgia unlawfully excluded potential black jurors from his trial.

Timothy Tyrone Foster was convicted of molesting and killing a white 79-year-old retired schoolteacher in 1987.

But the court on Thursday overturned his conviction after ruling that the prosecution had broken the law.

Foster may now face a retrial, 29 years after his death sentence.
A law introduced in 1986 made it illegal in the US to pick jurors based on the colour of their skin.

But the following year all four black members of the potential jury pool in Foster's case were struck from the pool by prosecutors, leaving an all-white jury.

    'B' for black juror

Non race-related reasons were given for striking the black members of the pool, but prosecution notes released to Foster's lawyers in 2006 revealed racial motivations, the Supreme Court said.

The notes show that the prosecution marked the names of black prospective jurors with a "B", highlighted them in green, and circled the word "black" on their juror questionnaires, Reuters news agency reported.

Then you've also got things like the ethnicity of who gets executed (or is more likely to) in the US and who doesn't/isn't. Clearly something systemic and deeply ingrained is going on. It cannot be simply brushed under the rug and dodged with quasi-ad-hominem blather about 'conspiracy theories'.

    Are you seriously that dense?
    Seriously?
How does a person convey sarcasm in such an obvious display and yet you find a way to miss it?
It's almost as though you don't read the context but simply base your response on the name in the byline.
But you wouldn't do anything so subjective as that now, would you?

No, dimwittest: the entire post was a parody of that nimrod, sonhouse, and his assertion how a conspiracy necessarily requires every single person in all fields to be polluted... at least, it does if you wish to discredit it by the numbers.
According to his lack of critical thinking, if any aspect of the field is compromised, that entire field (and, apparently, all even remotely related) must also be equally colluding.

And yet it is you who is propagating an all encompassing conspiracy theory ~ millions upon millions of people, for centuries and centuries ~ in service of your flat earth theories. 🙄

That's an indictment on no one but you.
You are unable to discern or distinguish the fact that it would require an exceedingly small number of people to perpetuate ANY conspiracy.
When it befits your particular predilection, you need but a few.
When it is outside your periphery?
    It requires everyone .
    Good stuff.

So how exceedingly a small number of people does it take to keep the 'fact' that the earth is supposedly flat a secret according to your conspiracy theory?
