LONDON MEET CHANGE?

Hi all,

As some of you know already, I've got a field course for my degree over the weekend of the meet. Now I'd really like to go on this and it's a bloody hard decision to make to choose between the two. So, I'm asking if you all might consider at least testing the water for a reschedule the weekend after. I know I'm only one person out of 30 or so, and there's been a lot of organisation so far by James, so to ask you to change it to the week after is a tall order, but a few thing in my defence:

1) There are at least 3 other people (including Angie, who is coming from Germany) who may not attend if I am unable to.
2) The week after was the second most popular choice and I'm betting that nearly everyone who said they could attend the 19th could also attend the 26th.. here's hoping
3) It wouldn't be a party without me 🙂

So, I do really hope you consider this and let me know by posting here. I'd be more than happy to help with the organising on the day, laying out boards, picking people up from the station etc. Cheers.

Lets hope everyone else does not have similar feelings. If A doesn't go then B isn't either, if C can't make it then neither D or E, etc etc.

I'll be there whoever's going on whatever date.

If I really want to meet up with someone that bad, then I'll make a seperate appointment with them and meet up with them privately.

Obviously I'd like as many people as possible to be there though.

Kay, we're getting slightly away from the topic, hopscotch is joking.

All I'm asking is that people say whether or not they could make the 26th.

Just as a note, i haven't booked anything finally yet. Liam sent me a PM asking if it could be moved to the 26th. I'm only happy to do that if the vote elects the 26th. It is still open, and i suspect that a lot of people who voted for the 19th, also voted for the 26th. So if that is the case, and people are going to drop out because Liam ain't going to make it, then i suggest you change your votes. 😉
