Okay, lets be sensible about this. Whilst I'm sure there are other lovely places in the UK for such a meet, London is the only suitable venue since it is where the majority of the UK RHPers on these forums come from (or near by) and it is the most accessible for the majority of those who live elsewhere. Basically it is the best place for the most people.

With that in mind, we need two things: 1) a venue 2) a time

1) I propose that this is secondary to the issue of '2' and can be left until we've settled on a date.

2) There have been a number of suggestions, none of which were settled on sensibly, sometimes people from foreign parts were invovled and sometimes commitments of the individuals got in the way. I propose that we do not factor our overseas friends into it for the moment, but create an ad hoc meet up if and when such a case arrises. So, to the question of when. I think that we should consider making it far enough in the future for the largest number of people to be able to plan for and attend. I also think we should avoid the World Cup period since there will be some of us who wish to watch the matches and finding a venue may be harder. So, how about this, we vote on the following dates in the vote pages as we did last time:

Sat 15th July
Sat 22rd July
Sat 29th July
Sat 5th August

Once we have settled on a date, we can start talking about a venue. If this is okay, just say so below, lets try not to enter into a discussion about other things at the moment, one step at a time.
