Alas, Lord Matsunaga's proclamation was all too prophetic.

It seems that Kyushu will be the first Dominion to be united, as is usually the case.
Aah, those Kyushu lords sure know how to party!

But can they dance the northern way? 😉

The northern line-dance is less exhausting than running round in circles like we do on Shikoku.

Golden boy? I like that.

I've never had a problem with AGE Games, so I keep playing. I think I have played 15 or so games and never once had the issues you describe as regular occurences.

On the other hand, I've had bad experiences eating at Burger King, so I stopped going there.

Instead of complaining about AGE GM's, you could quit playing. Y ...[text shortened]... u. And you'll check for my response, and feel that my response is unfair to you also...
Your experiences have no bearing on what I or others experience. And vice versa. I would say that the least you could do is either quit repeating that you haven't had any bad experiences and implying that based on that, I shouldn't be having any either, or perhaps you could actually believe that I have had difficulties and perhaps offer a solution, or at least words of encouragement, instead of continuing to describe me as a lunatic to all who still listen to you. Even now, after hearing another testimony of Lord Otomo, nee Ito, who was wrongly kicked out of the game by the GM not only once, but twice, as well as tales from other players of similar occurences in other games and I'd think you could begin to give me some benefit of the doubt. But no, all you can do is again imply that I must be crazy, since you never had a bad experience like I and others have had.

For your information, I did quit playing in all AGE games, due to their crappy GMs. The only reason I decided to play in this one was because I was asked to play by other players (and I was curious to see if the GMs had improved since my last game).

So please take your self-serving sanctimonious ego, and shove it.

You missed my point.

My point was NOT that you have not had problems; instead, my point was that your continued problems would probably make it a wise course of action to QUIT playing games that frustrate you so much. Re-read this paragraph, because you probably missed the point again.

There. That's better. By now, it should be clear to you that I HAVE offered a solution -- quit playing these games. Here's another: complaining about your problems doesn't fix them, so stop that too. You yourself had come out and told us that you were not going to play again. It is for this reason that I find your pathetic whining so unbecoming.

And what kind of an ego would mine be if it were not self-serving?

Indeed, the Naval result was very one-sided!
Not exactly one-sided.

I'd say one-half of one-sided, since Lord Matsunaga took pretty much the full brunt of the damage, while his "ally" got nary a scratch.

Now I wonder how that could have happened... covert use of retreat levels, maybe? Hmmmmm... "oopsie!!"

Did I even say I was continuing to have problems with the game or the GMs? No, I did not. I had my turn, it's someone else's turn now.

Perhaps you missed MY point when I said I'm only in this game at the request of others. Perhaps not.

I have a much better solution to my frustration. Since I had no frustration with the current game until you started trolling, I'll simply stop responding to your attempts to frustate me. There! Wow! Problem solved!

(I will give you one point for the "pathetic whining" comment. Although overused, it's a classic!)

Sorry Suzianne, but in this case nook7 spoke about our (Mogami + Nanbu) naval-attack on the Datei. 😉

Hi Suzi,

Cheers

Hey Mogami,

Obviously you had a successful naval battle, any tips?😵

What makes it worse is that Ito captured two of my ships and now he's sending messengers bragging about it, I thought that giving them a retreat level of 5 meant my troops would fight to the death but apparently not.

Hosokawa assures me that his navy fled because Ito's sailors were all kitted out in pink frilly blouses and he didn't want his troops getting captured and subjected to 'prison hugs' for the rest of their days.

Hey there Lord Matsu,

My tip would be go in with overwhelming odds with marines on board! :-)

Those Ito girly boys are pretty scary when frocked up.

Lol - l could have sworn the Hosokawa troops liked a bit of that stuff!

A very quiet turn for the walking corpse.

Ryuzoji's ghost is eerily cheerful.
