Just for information, underweight is considered BMI of under 18.5, while overweight is over 25, and you're classified as obese with a BMI over 30.
how did you get yours? mine was 180cm (which is a little taller than i thought i was) and 66kg.

When you hit 22 you can go for a change of scenery and do some mileage outside. Yes, I said mileage.
My preference is cycling, but this ups the mileage by a factor of ten.
