I believe any confusion is my fault. Some miscommunication between myself and Russ led me to believe at one point that tournament pairings would be random.
I believe that random pairings should be an option and I am very keen to make this happen.
In recent months Russ has been doing the majority of the coding to improve the site. He is on honeymoon now for two weeks but has recently been very close to completing work on setting up RHP clans. This is great stuff and I think a lot of us are going to find it a very good addition to the site.
I will be making every attempt to become much more involved in the forums while Russ is away, although it is unlikely that any new features will be added to the site until Russ returns.
We are both very excited about the site and its community at the moment and listen to all the feedback and spend a lot of time trying to prioritise stuff.
If you have concerns about anything on the site, please send a message directly to my account "Chrismo" as this is where I am most likely to notice it first. Indeed, this is how I was alerted that I may want to take a look at this thread.

Well, I totally agree with Luck and his son that random pairings are better but....shouldn't it be nice if you wait untill Russ get's back from his honeymoon....it wouldn't make him happy if he comes home and sees that two great players (and maybe more) have left...and maybe he agrees with you two and put's it on the list! You might never know🙂

It has gone 6 months now, I have some patience, but there is a limit.
I would have been happy with a simple no, an answer, an acknowledgement, or sometihing!
