Thats interesting, id think most christains today are christian since they were told that way by mom and dad.

If you search hard enough here in America though, you can find true Christianity. It is a tiny minority, though.

Also, the origin of the world, I'll give you my take on it. I don't see why it is a big debate. Yes, God the creator made everything. It just so happens that the method he chose to use was the big bang and evolution. Pretty simple.
