My company is about to install this monitoring software called Surf Control so as to monitor employees who play chess online and who visit non productive sites instead of working. Now I play all my games from the office because I do not have a computer at home. The way it looks, I may not play on RHP again. I was wondering if Russ could do something to keep RHP from detection by this monitoring software otherwise, I am doomed. Can anyone help me with this predicament?

If you enter http://www.some-daft-site.com and it is blocked by surfcontrol rules then the site can still be accessed be entering http://www.some-daft-site.com. --- notice the period on the end of the URL.
a patch has recently been released by the company to cure this problem, but if your employers don't have the patch you are laughing.

I'd love to but by the time I save enough money to get a new computer at home, I'd have lost all my games by timeout
